At LeanBuilt, we operate under the perspective that workers, foremen, and Trade Partners are the jewels of our industry. We believe they should be cared for, respected, and brought into all collaborative processes. Our approach at LeanBuilt will be to research, learn about, experiment with, fully implement, and share our progress with lean construction. If we are successful in our mission and purpose, all field workers will be respected, all leaders will be well trained and balanced, and families will be protected at home.
