Who should attend?
Superintendents, project managers, field engineers, foremen, builders, and people actively moving into field or project leadership. The program works for both newer leaders and experienced professionals who want a stronger operating system.
Do I need prior Lean or Takt experience?
No. The week starts with foundations and builds into advanced application. Familiarity with construction helps you connect the systems to real work, but prior Lean or Takt training is not required.
Is the program online or in person?
It is 100% in person. The simulations, team exercises, live coaching, and shared problem-solving depend on full participation in the room.
What is the daily schedule?
Monday through Thursday run from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Do not book travel that requires leaving early.
What is included in the price?
Five days of instruction, all training materials, lunch, snacks, beverages, a certificate of completion, and post-camp support are included. Travel and lodging are handled by the participant.
Can I bring a real project challenge?
Yes. Real schedule, logistics, leadership, procurement, coordination, and field-office problems make the learning more useful. Bring construction documents if they will help you explain the challenge.
What should I bring?
Bring a notebook, a laptop or tablet, optional project documents, comfortable clothing, and the willingness to participate. Elevate provides the training and simulation materials.
Can our whole team attend?
Yes. Teams often see the greatest benefit because they return with shared language and shared systems. A 10% discount is available when four or more participants enroll together. Private company cohorts are also available.
What certificate will I receive?
Participants who complete the program receive an Elevate Certificate of Completion. This is practical, experience-based training rather than an academic degree or independent industry licensure.
How do company invoicing and seat substitutions work?
