What Makes This Construction Boot Camp Different?

I’m talking about the Super PM Boot Camp from Elevate Construction—the one we run in Phoenix, Dallas, across the country, and for companies individually.
Here’s the deal.
It used to be heavy on professional development and some theory. That was good. But after 40+ courses and over a thousand attendees—superintendents, PMs—we listened to the feedback.
Now? It’s technical, hands-on, technical, hands-on.
Day one is professional development—but not the fluff. Advanced communication. Building teams. Advanced safety practices. How to interview for a project.
Day two, we are planning that building. Real plans. Real printouts. Real schedules. Real tools. Even styrofoam. We actually build a model. This isn’t a PowerPoint slide deck—we’re building it, planning it, putting it together.
Day three, we optimize it. We narrow the schedule. We gain time. We finish on time without hurting trades—by using production principles, not magic.
Day four is all Last Planner System. We don’t talk about it—we do it. Pull plans. Look-aheads. Weekly work plans.
Day five… my favorite. Personal organization systems. Every attendee leaves with a planner and goals set for the next six months of their life and career. They know exactly what they’re about and have the tools to make it happen.
This course is advanced. It’s for people serious about making it muscle memory.
Is it easy? No.
Is it expensive? Yes.
Do we get rich off it? No—it just covers our costs.
It’s a gift to the industry because we care.
Boot Camp is a crucible. A turning point. It’s where you decide—am I going to do this or not?
95% of people who attend go back and implement. And they come back to me saying:
“Jason, I’m getting home on time to my family. I’m getting promotions. The trades are happy. I’ve got flow. I’m finishing on time. I’ll never go back.”
And here’s the best part—we’re not upselling you. You leave with every template, visual, and tool we have. We’re a forever partner.
That’s how Super PM Boot Camp is different. It’s not coursework. It’s not outlines. It’s not theory. Those things are fine. But this?
This is hands-on, muscle memory, real-world building.
On we go.
