Pepe Rodríguez
Civil Engineer, Lean Engineer & Educator
Pepe Rodríguez joins Elevate with an impressive background in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management. In addition to his role as a Lean Engineer, Pepe is also a professor at ITESO, where he teaches key subjects such as Cost Engineering, Project Management, and Conventional Construction Processes. His goal is to develop professionals who lead with a holistic approach to efficiency and sustainability in construction projects. With his deep industry knowledge and teaching experience, Pepe is poised to bring new insights and innovation to our team.
Emilio Rosell
Civil Engineer & Sustainability Advocate

Architect & Creative Visionary
Celeste Sierra, an architect with a deep love for the arts and photography, joins Elevate with a unique blend of creative flair and technical expertise. Celeste finds joy in the creative process, whether it’s designing inspiring spaces or capturing meaningful moments through her lens. She believes in the power of design to make a difference, and her passion for bringing positivity and creativity into her work is palpable. Her artistic sensibilities combined with her architectural knowledge will infuse fresh energy and perspective into our projects.
