This bootcamp is ideal for current foremen, lead tradespeople preparing for a supervisory role, and construction workers being promoted into crew leadership positions. It’s also a strong fit for project managers, construction supervisors, and company leadership looking to develop their teams through targeted skill development and professional development.
The program covers a wide range of topics including Takt planning, production principles, construction leadership, effective communication, crew organization, resource management, and Lean methods. Participants also work through real-world scenarios to practice solving problems and managing daily operations under pressure.
Unlike generic management training, the Elevate Foremen Bootcamp is built specifically for the construction industry. Every module reflects real job site challenges, safety standards, and the daily tasks foremen face on active construction projects. Instructors bring decades of field experience, including recovery of failing projects, work with top ENR contractors, and nationally recognized construction education.
